3 Month Coaching Partnership

WHY 3 MONTHS?

Three months provides the perfect balance of time to initiate change, implement new strategies, and see tangible results. This timeframe allows us to deeply explore your goals, overcome challenges, and build sustainable habits that lead to long-lasting transformation.

** What to Expect **

We start with a Free Introductory Call to meet & determine if we are a good fit together. This will be a partnership and we both need to feel comfortable with each other. After deciding to move forward, we will schedule a Free Exploratory Session lasting up to 30 minutes to dive deeper and let you experience how a coaching session works.

Pre-Session Assignments

Before our Introductory Call, as well as our Foundational Session and all Coaching Sessions, you will receive a questionnaire to prime your thoughts and prepare to make the most of our time together. The more you share about your aspirations and challenges, the more I can help you achieve your goals.

Core Values & Goals

We will explore your core values and assess how aligned you are with them on a daily basis. We will utilize those core values along with the vison of the life you want to to live to create clear and achievable goals. We will break your goals down into small action steps to ensure you make progress you're excited about.

Mindset & Beliefs

We will work together to create personalized guidance and plans for creating a positive growth mindset, building confidence, increasing feelings of self-worth, and overcoming limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that have unknowingly held you back from leading the life you deserve.

Accountability Structure

Each client is an individual. Through our partnership we work together to create action plans and homework between sessions. My goal is to push you just beyond your comfort zone allowing you to see and understand that you are capable of achieving more than you currently believe or realize.

Handpicked Resources

I will share books, articles, research, TED Talks, and podcast episodes based upon the subjects discussed during our coaching sessions. I share this information to aid in the further understanding of topics covered and help facilitate additional growth between sessions.

After Session Summary Notes

After each coaching session I will supply you with detailed notes for review. These notes will help cement the insights gained from each session into your mind, as well as serving as an additional resource for both action steps and homework assignments that were agreed to.
